Hi, my name is Judy Nowik. I come to you with experience in both the real estate and mortgage industries. I was licensed as a Realtor in April of 1980. I worked as a Realtor, in Victoria until 1990, and was ranked in the top 10% of Realtors during that time. In 1990, I took a year off to have my jaw rebuilt. In 1991, I relocated to Vancouver, working as a Realtor, while owning a ladies clothing store. I returned to Victoria in 1996, working in real estate, but decided that, with my parents aging, Vancouver was a better place for me to be.

It was after my return to Vancouver that I began my career as a mortgage broker. With extensive exposure to the real estate market, I felt that this was a great new challenge for me. I started working as a licensed mortgage broker in 2000, with Universal Financial Corporation, where I was fortunate to get to work with my son, Greg. Greg has been a great teacher, and I often find that I am still learning new things from him.

In addition to being a licensed mortgage broker, I was installed as a Non-denominational Minister, in 2007, after eight years of study. I am currently a staff Minister at the Centre for Spiritual Living, in Whiterock, BC.

When clients leave a meeting, I want them to walk away with good information. I want my clients to know what we, at Universal Mortgage Architects, can do for them. As mortgage planners, we work to build a mortgage that specifically matches our clients needs. My goal, for my clients, is that they are informed, and knowledgeable about their mortgage.
